The idea for Quarantine orginally came from Tom Hartwell two years ago as we were finishing Escape From Asylum Wood.

Tom found out that our 2011 Halloween show wouldn't be at the lido, the idea of Quarantine was pushed even further back.

But in 2012, Argosy returned to the lido and also made Quarantine a reality. Shortly after Tom had written the script, he was unable to direct the show due to other commitments. The role of directing was passed to Sam Webb and Curtis Ashley who developed the final project.

Anyone who had seen our previous shows at the railway, knew they would be in for a spine chilling experience. Quarantine, proved very popular,  with great feed back from the audience. The most popular part of the show was in the scare zone, where the train slows down in the woods and stops, appearing that it has broken down. A voice in the darkness addresses the passengers explaining there is a technical fault, or is there...The passengers are then subjected to bright strobe lights, infected people attack the train. Nobody knows which way to turn.
